An issue has been identified within the EBSCOHost interface that is causing certain exports of records to send only partial information to RefWorks. This situation occurs only when a user exports from the full record display only.
When users select records and place them in the EBSCO folder, then chooses the export option, the data is sent correctly and completely. EBSCO is aware of this problem. We recommend that all users export records via the folder option until the situation has been rectified.
