The Live Help service continues to be well-utilized - well, that's a bit of an understatement (!) 248 calls were answered in February. Two of the busiest days were the 9th and 23rd (Mondays), with 22 and 21 calls answered, respectively.
Thanks for everyone's help and for pitching in when you can - we often need more than one set of hands ready to pound out the responses these days!
