I just spoke with Ann Friesen (982-1702), Room 407 Massey Building. She asked that we continue to try to help the English Language Students get their accounts corrected by calling or emailing the help desk. Please do not send the English Language Students to Student Services (I explained that we don't always know a English Language Student is an English Language Student - and she understands this).
She is going to speak to her director, and we're going to work on getting a long term solution to the accounts for these students.
She emphasized that we can refer students to her for additional help. Saying, "go talk to Anne at the Massey building" should suffice, as she has met the students already.
