This applies particulary to Live Help calls or problems reported at the Reference Desk where the library user is off campus. Currently, due to some incompatibility between Refworks and our ezproxy server, it is not possible to import citations directly to any of our databases to Refworks. When the Refworks log in process is redirected through our proxy server, something breaks down. Michael is aware of this and has a long term plan to address the issue. It may also be possible to get Refworks to change their log in process.
In the meantime, it will be necessary for off campus users to save their citations as text files and import them manually into Refworks.
