Over the past 2 weeks I have had at least 5 students tell me that they could not open attachments from there Hotmail accounts. I have tried to help them, with no success. I dont know what the problem is with Hotmail, but the work around is this:
If a student says they need to print out an attachment from a Hotmail account and that they can't open/save/print the attachment, have them "Forward" the attachment to their IO account (the one every student is assigned at the begining of the school year) and then open it from there.
I just had a student do this, so I know it works.
Hope this helps out during this high-stress end-of-term time.
