Here is a link to information about the campus wireless network on the UWpg website. This will give us a direction to point students in should they be asking at the desk.

The page indicates that students and faculty who wish to use the encrypted network for secure transactions should log into MyUWinnipeg and visit the Campus Wireless community under communities. What it fails to say is that it is necessary to join the Community. I tried this and it was a bit tricky. I would say that if students ask about the encrypted network, tell them not to bother until it becomes easier to access this information. Otherwise I would be happy to show you how to join the community so you can pass this on to students.
