I just had a conversation with Ruth Dahl about students who are having difficulty accessing Learn. While this info may be news to me and not to you, I thought I'd share the reminder, anyway.
You may have students coming to the library especially this week and next who cannot access Learn. Because Learn isn't integrated with the student information system, add/drop times and late registration can play havoc with the manual updates that Ruth has to perform in order to get everything synced. If students are having problems logging in, she advises that they hang on for at least a day if they've registered late or just claimed their id.
If the problem persists, they should email their student number, full name and course they are trying to access in Learn to:
