Up to $130,000 per project awarded
“Risk and Protective Factors of Gambling Among Young Adults: Analysis of the Manitoba Longitudinal Study of Young Adults (MLSYA) Data”
Up to $70,000 per project awarded

Focused Research Projects provide the opportunity for researchers to investigate specific questions identified by the Research Council, who oversees the Program's $1 million in annual funding. The Research Council may select more than one proposal to award funding. The program is financially supported and administered by Manitoba Lotteries.
The Manitoba Gambling Research Program supports the development of high quality research that enables the evidence-based advancement of responsible gaming programs, and problem gambling prevention and treatment.
