Manitoba Gambling Research Program Call for Proposals

Proposals for the following two Focused Research Projects are now being accepted by the Manitoba Gambling Research Program:

“Strategies for Significant Others who are Concerned about an Individual with a Gambling Problem”
Up to $130,000 per project awarded

“Risk and Protective Factors of Gambling Among Young Adults: Analysis of the Manitoba Longitudinal Study of Young Adults (MLSYA) Data”

Up to $70,000 per project awarded

Researchers from across Canada are eligible to apply. Proposals for both Focused Research Projects are due October 15, 2012.
The Research Council may select more than one proposal for each project to award funding.

Also, a reminder that the final closing date to submit Small Grant proposals for the 2012 year is September 26, 2012
