Hi Everyone,

Number of calls: 3

Issues:
A student could not log into the database with correct barcode and email address. I tried their info on my computer, It did not work either. I referred the student to the TSC Help Desk.

Projects:
I was till working on the project of checking databases’ subject terms. By now I have finished A – H, plus International Repertory of the Literature of Art, Lexis-Nexis Academic News Search, PAIS (Public Affairs Information Service), Political Science: A SAGE Full-Text Collection, and Web of Science.

This is my last shift for this term. Merry Christmas to everyone!
