Calls: 13
Issues: Students were having troubles logging into databases when they were logged into MyCybrary. Most issues could be resolved by having them log out of Cybrary and into individual databases. Had a few first time users today which was very time consuming.
Projects: Tried to work on Viewlets project...but was very busy with calls. Looked at the Web Of Science one and noted some changes in my notes. Was unable to go much further than that. Mine and Cathy's joint blog post regarding RefWorks instruction should be posted tomorrow.
