End of first virtual reference shift

The shift was pretty slow today. Three questions and all were technical based. I did learn how to reset a pin though! I spent most of the shift just familiarizing myself with the library website. I was able to access the Library Guides once I clicked on the full listing of them (as opposed to using the side links), so got a taste for them. Also checked out the RefWorks tutorials just as a refresher. Oh, and I found the two articles you recommended very helpful CJ (actually, a lot of the articles in that issue were helpful).

For next week - let me know if there is something specific you want me to work on during the downtime other than just database review.
