Half of the calls today were about WebAdvisor / WebCT being down. I tried directing people to the phone number that they had posted on the page, but apparently that office was closed. Not sure what else I could have done for them. For those students needing material I suggested they contact their prof to let them know they couldn't access the material, so maybe it could be made available in another way. One person got a little snippy with me. Tried explaining that we are not connected, but to no avail. Hopefully it will be up by tomorrow for you Sarah! Other than that, two pin resetting questions, and a citation problem.
